You will handle calls, emails, and collections, maintaining records while collaborating across teams to ensure top-notch service for our US clients. The position emphasizes English fluency, empathy, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and two valid IDs
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and able to communicate professionally
• Experience in customer service or collections is a plus
• Willing to work onsite at Ayala Makati and in the evening shift

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and collect overdue payments professionally and empathetically
• Research and locate customers as needed
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
