Job summary

Arbor Mobility is seeking an Industrial / Product Engineer to support the setup and development of our manufacturing plant. You will collaborate with engineering teams, process consultants, and equipment vendors to translate manufacturing requirements into practical processes and systems.

You will coordinate plant layout, production flow, and capacity planning, assist with equipment selection and trials, and contribute to DFMA, SOPs, and quality checkpoints—ultimately expanding responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, production, or product engineering.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, plant layouts, material flow, and capacity planning.
• Experience collaborating with consultants, equipment suppliers, or manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with process consultants and vendors on plant layout, production flow, and capacity planning.
• Support equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and production trials.
• Review processes, layouts, cycle times, material flow, and line balancing.
• Support DFMA and development of SOPs, work instructions, and quality checkpoints.
