Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in commercial management, business development, or operations leadership.
• Experience in mobility, energy, infrastructure, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the commercial team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Develops and executes sales strategies, including pipeline development, market expansion, and account growth.
• Oversees the full sales cycle from lead generation, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure.
• Ensures alignment of solutions with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provides strategic and operational oversight of fleet operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and service quality.
