Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of operational leadership or supervisory experience in fleet management, ride-hailing, taxi services, or logistics.
• Experience with EV/clean-mobility operations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch operations and driver shift scheduling.
• Lead safety briefings, performance coaching, and staff development.
• Track KPIs and report on utilization, response times, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety policies.
