Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field (preferred).
• At least 7 years of related work experience in fleet management.
• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or transportation, preferably in hauling or trucking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations for efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate logistics and manage a team of drivers and transport staff.
• Develop and enforce vehicle inspection, servicing, and repair policies.
