Job summary

VGreen Charging Station Development Philippines Inc. seeks a seasoned Permitting Manager to lead regulatory approvals for EV charging projects. You will supervise a team of permitting specialists, secure LGU, DOE, and utility clearances, and ensure compliance with codes and policies. Collaboration with engineering and project teams is essential for timely deployment.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and program governance to support rapid network expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
10+ years in permitting or regulatory affairs for infrastructure projects.
7+ years of people management experience leading permitting teams.
Experience securing approvals from LGUs, DOE, and DUs.
Experience with interconnection, power applications, and energization processes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end permitting for EV charging projects from site acquisition to energization.
Secure permits, clearances, and approvals from LGUs, DOE, DUs, and authorities.
Ensure compliance with electrical, building codes and EV industry standards.
Manage relationships with government agencies and utilities.
Coordinate with Site Acquisition, Engineering, Construction, and Management teams.
Develop SOPs and drive process improvements for permitting activities.
