Job summary

Origo BPO (Phils) Limited, Inc. seeks an EV Charging Technical Support Engineer to act as the escalation and service engineering layer in a 24/7 support model. You will resolve complex incidents, support field service, and contribute to SOP development and knowledge expansion.

Role evolves as processes mature; work setup is permanent onsite with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, field service, and logistics teams to ensure quality resolutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in technical support, service engineering, or field service.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, hardware, or network-connected systems.
• Exposure to EV charging, power systems, industrial equipment or similar infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of EV charging standards and protocols (e.g., CCS, CHAdeMO, GB/T) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across hardware, firmware, network, and backend systems.
• Take ownership of L1 escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate and support certified service partners during field interventions.
• Interface with field teams for remote support and ensure alignment between remote diagnosis and field execution.
• Maintain knowledge base and develop SOPs.
