Job description
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair EV charging systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of EV charging systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to EV charging systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation manuals, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure a positive customer experience
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in EV charging technology, and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes
Provide technical support to customers, including remote assistance and on-site visits when necessary
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, relevant experience in the EV Industry is a plus
With a Safety Officer II (SO2) (BOSH/COSH) Certification is a plus
In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
With expertise in using AutoCAD, SketchUp
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards for EV charging systems
