Job summary

ACMobility, Inc. in Manila seeks an Account Manager to grow relationships with key customers and business partners in the EV ecosystem.

You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals and company growth. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, prepare proposals, track KPIs, and identify new business opportunities while staying informed about EV market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of account management, sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Experience handling B2B clients, corporate accounts, or strategic partnerships is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Interest in electric vehicles, mobility, sustainability, or emerging technologies is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving EV industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, partners, and key accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate EV-related products, services, or solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and customer requirements.
• Prepare account plans, proposals, presentations, and business updates as needed.
• Monitor account performance, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
• Track sales activities, revenue opportunities, and account-related KPIs.
• Address customer concerns and work with relevant teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Stay updated on EV industry trends, market developments, and customer needs.
• Support business initiatives, partnerships, and projects that contribute to the growth of the EV business.
