MOVEM: SALES AND PRODUCT MANAGER
Reports to: EV Mobility Services Head
I. JOB SUMMARY
The Sales and Product Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Movem’s EV mobility portfolio through end-to-end sales management and product development. The role covers lead generation, client engagement, deal closure, and after-sales relationship management, while also supporting EV product sourcing and development to meet market needs.
II. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Management & Business Development
- a. Drives the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, to deal closure.
- b. Identifies and develops new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow EV mobility offerings.
- c. Achieves sales targets and contributes to overall revenue growth of the business.
- d. Maintains an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- a. Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- b. Understands customer needs and recommends appropriate EV products and solutions.
- c. Ensures high levels of client satisfaction through responsive communication and after-sales support.
- d. Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
3. Product Sourcing & Development
- a. Supports sourcing EV-related products (e.g., vehicles, charging solutions, mobility services) aligned with business strategy.
- b. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in developing and enhancing product
- c. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- d. Assist in defining product value propositions and pricing strategies.
4. Proposal Preparation & Internal Coordination
- a. Prepares client proposals, technical-commercial offers, and presentations.
- b. Coordinates with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposals.
- c. Ensures timely and accurate submission of client requirements and documentation.
5. Marketing & Events Support
- a. Supports marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities for EV mobility services.
- b. Participates in industry events, client meetings, and product showcases.
- c. Contributes to brand awareness and market positioning efforts.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- a. Tracks sales performance and generates reports on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue,
