Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, HR Management, Legal Management, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of direct experience in internal investigations, employee/labor relations, labor compliance, or HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of local labor laws, due process requirements, and standard administrative investigation procedures.
• Exceptional written communication and strong verbal interviewing skills for sensitive witness interactions.
• Demonstrated integrity and discretion with confidential information.

Job Description:

The Ethics & Integrity Specialist will be responsible for conducting fair, thorough, and timely internal investigations into lower-complexity workplace grievances, policy infractions, and operational non-compliance. This role serves as a primary Person-in-Charge (PIC) managing routine casework, facilitating dispute resolution, and supporting preventative governance initiatives to foster a transparent and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management & Investigation: Manage an independent portfolio of moderate to high complexity internal cases (e.g., standard attendance fraud, minor policy breaks, interpersonal workplace grievances, and routine compliance inquiries).
• Fact-Finding & Documentation: Conduct intake interviews, collect and preserve operational evidence, draft concise Incident Reports (IRs), and prepare Notices to Explain (NTEs) and Notices of Decision (NODs) in alignment with company policies and labor standards.
• SLA & Efficiency Tracking: Monitor case progress to ensure strictly met turnaround times, reducing case aging and preventing SLA threshold breaches.
• Pre-Adjudication Support: Assist in gathering case documentation for early dispute resolution or pre-adjudication stages (such as SENA level proceedings) in coordination with Legal and E&I PICs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), operational site leads, and department heads to communicate findings and ensure consistent enforcement of disciplinary standards.
• Preventative Engagement: Support the delivery of Ethics & Integrity training sessions (e.g., Conflict of Interest, Code of Conduct, and workplace behavior modules) to operational teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Legal Management, or any related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of direct experience in internal investigations, employee/labor relations, labor compliance, or HR operations.
• Labor Knowledge: Sound operational understanding of local labor laws, due process requirements, and standard administrative investigation procedures.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills for clear report drafting, alongside strong verbal communication skills for sensitive witness and subject interviews.
• Integrity & Discretion: Demonstrated track record of handling highly confidential and sensitive personal information with strict objectivity and professionalism.
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail or shared services operations).
• Familiarity with case management software, automated tracking tools, or AI-driven administrative bots.
• Prior exposure to pre-adjudication mechanisms or alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
• Professional certification in fraud, compliance, or HR (e.g., CFE Associate, PHR, or equivalent compliance coursework) is an advantage.
