Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Ethics & Integrity Specialist in the Philippines to conduct internal investigations, manage casework, and support preventative governance initiatives. You will work with HR and Legal teams to ensure compliant, transparent processes and timely resolution of routine issues.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, integrity, and experience in high-volume environments. Collaboration with site leaders and training delivery are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, HR Management, Legal Management, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of direct experience in internal investigations, employee/labor relations, labor compliance, or HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of local labor laws, due process requirements, and standard administrative investigation procedures.
• Exceptional written communication and strong verbal interviewing skills for sensitive witness interactions.
• Demonstrated integrity and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Case Management & Investigation: Manage a portfolio of moderate to high complexity internal cases.
• Fact-Finding & Documentation: Conduct intake interviews, collect evidence, draft Incident Reports and Notices.
• SLA & Efficiency Tracking: Monitor turnaround times and reduce case aging.
• Pre-Adjudication Support: Assist in gathering documentation for pre-adjudication stages.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with HRBPs, site leads, and dept. heads to communicate findings.
• Preventative Engagement: Support Ethics & Integrity training sessions for teams.
