Job summary

D2b in the Philippines is seeking an Estimator and Production Administrator to join a hybrid role focused on estimating, costing and sales proposals, with additional production and office admin duties.

The ideal candidate will translate drawings into detailed estimates, obtain supplier pricing, prepare client quotations and tender submissions while coordinating with designers, producers and the MD to ensure accurate, buildable proposals.

Qualifications

• You are highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially minded with more than 4 years of experience in a similar production or joinery estimating role.
• You are accurate with costs, quantities, inclusions and project information, and can handle multiple quotations and deadlines.
• You are a proactive self-starter who works independently and completes urgent tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and quotations make up ~75% of the role, including cost estimates, client quotations and tender submissions.
• Prepare professional sales proposals and communicate pricing, scopes and commercial risks.
• Support production administration with supplier coordination, purchase orders and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, pricing, and project information for designers and producers.
