Job summary

Samsung C&T Philippines, Corp. is seeking an Estimator | Quantity Surveyor for projects in EPC and PPP infra, civil and building sectors in Taguig. The role requires strong estimation skills and experience with major infrastructure bids.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in estimating or QS, with knowledge of permits, insurance costs, and potential experience in data centers or commercial buildings. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating or quantity surveying.
• Experience in infrastructure projects (airports, roads, bridges) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids for EPC and PPP Infra, Civil, Building projects.
• Analyze project documents, contract documents, and bidding books (including tender forms, terms and conditions, specifications).
• Lead or support project bidding processes through accurate estimation.
• Provide preliminary cost estimations during the initial stages of a project.
• Maintain and update both direct and indirect costs for major projects.

• Proven experience as an estimator or quantity surveyor in infrastructure projects (airports, roads, bridges). Experience in data centers or commercial buildings is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating or quantity surveying.
• Strong understanding of project-related permits, insurance, and associated costs.
• Experience in scheduling is a plus.
