Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating or quantity surveying for infrastructure projects.
• Experience with EPC/PPP projects and civil/building works.
• Strong knowledge of permits, insurance and costing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids for EPC and PPP Infra, Civil, Building projects.
• Analyze project and bidding documents and tender forms.
• Lead or support bidding processes through accurate estimation.
• Provide preliminary cost estimations during the initial stages of a project.
• Maintain and update cost data for major projects.
