Job summary

optiBPO is seeking an Estimating Support Representative to join our Angeles, Pampanga team, Evening Shift. You will read site plans, configure quotes for AdaptaStep and Z-Stack, and manage the inbox while keeping HubSpot up to date.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and timely follow-through within a US-aligned workflow. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong English communication, technical quoting skills, and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience in technical estimating, quoting, or construction support.
• Ability to read site drawings and translate access requirements into quotes.
• Proficiency with email, NetSuite, and HubSpot CRM.
• Willingness to work in the office in Angeles, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs from site plans to determine access and platform requirements.
• Use the SafeSmart Access configurator to build and produce detailed quotes for AdaptaStep and Z-Stack.
• Interpret project scope and site conditions to configure product combinations and load ratings.
• Liaise with internal estimating team to confirm configurations and ensure quote accuracy.
• Monitor and manage the group email inbox daily and follow up on inquiries.
