You will collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects, communicate with clients, design ESS solutions, prepare bidding documents, identify risks, prepare agreements, maintain client relationships, and translate local market needs into competitive product demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors.
• Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
• Experience with microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS technology.
• Familiar with development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
• Priority given to those with 5+ years of energy project experience (storage, PV, power generation).
• Ability to read English technical specifications and papers; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
• Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs; prepare bidding documents.
• Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
• Prepare and negotiate technical agreements.
• Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
• Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.
