Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its HR team. This hybrid role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for multiple business units in Mexico City.

You will partner with hiring managers, optimize sourcing channels, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably corporate environment.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates thoroughly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
