Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Gerente Senior de Adquisición de Talento to lead its recruitment efforts in a fully remote Mexico-based role. You will develop strategic talent acquisition plans, build a compelling employer brand, and leverage recruitment technologies to attract top professionals.

You will manage a team, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Experience building scalable recruitment functions in tech.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a recruitment team.
• Oversee full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize analytics to track metrics and optimize processes.
