Job summary

TDCX, Inc. is seeking an ESG Reporting Manager in the Philippines to lead data collection, analysis, and disclosure of ESG metrics. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure standardized reporting and robust governance of ESG data.

The role focuses on developing centralized databases and dashboards to monitor CO2 and energy performance, keeping up with ESG trends, and maintaining SOPs for reporting activities. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental science/engineering/management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capability.
• Experience with ESG frameworks and reporting standards is a plus.

What is your mission?

• Collect, analyze and interpret ESG data, metrics and key performance indicators to produce detailed reports, presentations, and disclosures for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with key business leaders, data owners, technical functions, internal audit and exernal assurance providers to maintain a well-controlled and standardized internal reporting processes for ESG.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and disclosure of ESG information with centralized ESG databae and dashboardsto monitor sustainability performance (ie CO2 and energy consumption performance).
• Leads negotiations with team members (vendors, subcontractor, customer and internal members of TDCX from other functional and professional areas) to define team goals and approaches for attaining them. Negotiation-skills required.
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation supporting ESG reporting activities are in place, follow best practice and properly maintained.
• Keeps up-to-date with the latest ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks to continuously enhance and advance the organization's ESG reporting and disclosure practices.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Preferrably with a bachelor's degree in environmental studes (Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management), business management, engineering or sustainable development-related degree.
• Knowlege of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory requriements (i.e. ISO14064-1-2018 - Greenhouse gases, ISO - 14068-1-202G3-Carbon Neturality, GHG Protocl Scope, 1,2, and 3, Science-based CO2 reductoin, CDP, GRI, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel and other ESG data platforms, Hands-on experience in any visualization of BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio, PowerBI) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability in ESG reporting.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple and complex ESG reporting initiatives and to lead and execute strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
