Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking Advanced Support Specialists for a Chat / Non-Voice campaign in Pasig. This is not a basic CSR role; you will handle complex customer issues, escalations and sensitive concerns with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

Expect a monthly salary of ₱45,000 with HMO, meal and transport allowances, rice subsidy, and other benefits from Day 1. We welcome CEFR C2 English, 2+ years of experience, and a background in banking/fintech or regulated industries.

• CEFR C2 verbal & written proficiency required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling escalations / complex customer issues.
