Job summary

Xurpas Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on ERPNext specialist to support, configure, and optimize ERPNext modules across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting, HRIS, Payroll and Projects. You will gather requirements, map workflows, document specs and user guides, participate in UAT, data migration, and post go-live support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have 1–3 years ERPNext experience and HRIS background; SAP familiarity is

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of ERPNext experience in a support or functional role.
• Experience with ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, and Projects.
• Strong HRIS knowledge.
• Basic understanding of SAP FI, MM, or SD is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Lead in gathering business requirements and mapping them to ERP workflows.
• Help document functional specifications, training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
• Participate in system testing (UAT), bug tracking, and data migration activities.
• Assist in resolving user issues and escalating more complex problems to senior team members or developers.
• Support users during go-live and post-implementation phases.
• Perform basic configuration and data entry within ERPNext and provide feedback on usability or improvement areas.
• Stay updated on ERP best practices, features, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience working with ERPNext in a support or functional role.
• Must have experience with ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, and Projects.
• Must have strong knowledge in HRIS module
• Basic understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD is a plus.
• Strong interest in ERP systems and business process optimization.

• Gain exposure to SAP modules by supporting data entry, documentation, or testing tasks as directed by the team.
