Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an ERP Specialist to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations across multiple entities. You will design, configure, and enhance BC modules to fit complex business requirements and partner with finance and operations to build scalable ERP solutions.

You will standardize data flows, workflows, and reporting, manage integrations with third-party applications, and deliver user training and ongoing system support.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with a Microsoft Business Central implementation partner.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, supply chain, and operational processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ERP Specialist should have:

• 5-8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Experience working with a Microsoft Business Central implementation partner.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, supply chain, and operational processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Accountancy.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve system and data issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within multinational environments.
