Job summary

Peak Energy is seeking an ERP Specialist to drive end-to-end Microsoft Business Central implementation and optimization across entities in the Philippines. You will translate finance, supply chain, and operations requirements into scalable BC solutions and standard data flows.

You’ll lead system design, integration with third-party platforms, and provide training to finance and business users. This role requires hands-on BC expertise and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced renewables

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Experience in BC implementation partner and full module knowledge.
• ERP/Accounting implementation process experience; multi-country exposure a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Finance, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead BC implementation across Peak Energy entities.
• Design and configure core BC modules for customization.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to develop functional solutions and docs.
• Conduct user trainings and onboarding.
• Lead and validate technical solutions and configurations.
• Oversee BC integrations with third-party platforms.

• Coordinate with IT on environments and upgrades.
• Manage external software and implementation services.
• Provide SME support for finance/users on BC queries.
• Support month/quarter/year-end closing for system readiness.
• Perform regular health checks and enforce segregation of duties.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented ERP specialist to lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Business Central across entities in Peak Energy. You will be responsible for translating business requirements (specifically in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations) into scalable technical solutions, drive the roll out of standardized system data flow and reporting packages. As an subject matter expert of Microsoft Business Central D365 system, partnering with finance and other functional leaders to drive process and report automation.

This role will be the system go-to person for finance and business users across the organization, to provide system consultation and technical support for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Project management to lead the implementations of Microsoft Business Central system across Peak Energy entities
• Design and configure core BC modules for functional customization and enhancement
• Partnering with finance leadership team in SSC and local finance to develop functional solutions and build up system process documentations
• Conduct user trainings and new user onboarding
• Lead and validate the technical solutions and configurations
• Oversee system integrations via open data source, connecting BC to third-party platforms (e.g., eCommerce, Banking portals, CRM and other applications in use in the organization)
• Develop and maintain the system report based on user requirement using Microsoft integrated reporting tool and JET Report
• Collaborate with IT department to manage system environments, including Sandboxes, Production, and version upgrades
• Manage external software and implementation service provider on user license, annual maintenance and on demand consultation services
• Internal subject matter expert (SME) to support the finance and functional users on system related query and trouble shooting
• Involve in the financial month/ quarter/ year end closing to ensure system availability and usage for overall company reporting completion
• Perform regular system control heath check and maintain the business defined segregation of duty matrix in Microsoft Business central

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central. Project experiences of full-cycle implementations
• Experience working in Microsoft Business Central implementation partner and knowledge of full modules
• Familiar with ERP/ Accounting system implementation process. Experiences acting as a consultant or project manager of a group organization involving multiple countries is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or Accountancy.
• Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand business and functional requirement and convert to system solutions
• High capacity for troubleshooting "posting errors" and data inconsistencies under tight month-end deadlines.
• Good communication skills and self-initiator to work in fast-paced environment with multi-national team
