Job summary

Infor Inc. in Manila seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex ERP and enterprise software implementations for global customers. You will own project delivery, financial performance, and customer adoption, coordinating cross-functional teams across regions to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk control, and executive reporting, with global travel as needed to support client requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT or business systems experience.
• 5+ years PM experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations (medium-high complexity).
• Experience managing multiple concurrent global projects.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple in-flight ERP/Services projects across regions.
• Deliver end-to-end Infor product implementations on time, within scope and budget.
• Drive customer adoption and maximize value realization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance, and dashboards.
• Own project financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, margins.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and drive recovery actions.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead steering committees and provide concise executive status reports.
• Coordinate global project teams and ensure adherence to PMO standards.
• Support pre-sales as an Opportunity Manager for strategic engagements.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO improvements.
