• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Experience in financial statement preparation, data consolidation, and account analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting best practices.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or ACCPAC.
• Proficient in MS Office 365, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with tight deadlines.
• CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions in the ERP system

• Perform monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations
• Assist with tax compliance, monthly reporting, audits, and project cost analysis
• Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
