HRTx Inc. is seeking an ERP Assistant Manager in Makati, Philippines to support ERP operations and guide enhancement initiatives. You will lead improvements, coordinate requirements, and manage incidents across ERP platforms while collaborating with vendors and technical teams to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing system performance.

The role encompasses testing, upgrades, and user training to promote effective change management and robust ERP controls within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of ERP experience.
• Experience managing ERP projects or support functions.
• Strong stakeholder and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP operations and application management.
• Lead ERP enhancements and implementation projects.
• Coordinate requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Manage ERP incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and technical teams.
• Support testing, deployment, and system upgrades.
