Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a PeopleSoft and Oracle database migration and upgrade. You will bridge technical delivery with vendor management, keeping the project on schedule and aligned to business objectives.

You will own end-to-end planning, govern vendors, review designs, and coordinate across IT, stakeholders, and end users. Strong communication and ERP migration experience are essential; OCI exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have proven experience managing enterprise ERP and database migration or upgrade projects, ideally involving PeopleSoft (HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions as relevant) and Oracle Database.
• They should bring solid project management discipline, whether through a recognised methodology (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) or demonstrated practical delivery experience, along with strong vendor and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, as the person must translate between technical and non-technical audiences and hold both internal teams and external vendors to account.
• Desirable: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms and exposure to data governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Governance: own end-to-end project plan, scope, timeline, milestones, resourcing, and risk management; establish governance rhythms; surface problems early.
• Vendor Management and Oversight: manage third-party vendors, review technical approaches and estimates, validate deliverables, and negotiate scope and timelines.
• Technical Leadership: review migration and upgrade architecture, assess risks, ensure testing across functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance.
• Stakeholder and Change Management: coordinate across business owners, IT, infrastructure, and end users; manage communications and training for go-live.
