Job summary

Sunfish HRA Consulting Inc. is seeking a fresh graduate for an on-site, full-time ERP analyst role in Quezon City. The position involves analyzing business processes, gathering client requirements, and configuring ERP accounting modules to fit client needs.

You will perform data migration, validation, and testing, prepare manuals and training materials, and conduct user training and demonstrations. Travel to client sites may be required for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in accounting, ERP implementation, bookkeeping, or software support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar ERP software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willing to travel to client sites when necessary.
• Willing to work in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and gather client requirements.
• Configure and implement ERP accounting modules based on client needs.
• Perform data migration, validation, and system testing.
• Prepare implementation documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide system demonstrations.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after implementation.
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Prepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
