MKA Philippines is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead expansion efforts, secure new customers, and cultivate strategic relationships across retail, trading, and distribution industries. You will drive adoption of IDCP ERP and related solutions, engaging decision-makers and guiding opportunities from lead to close.

The role requires a proven track record in enterprise technology sales, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously to meet ambitious targets

Competenze

• ;Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.;Experience selling business software or technology solutions (ERP, POS, accounting software, SaaS).;Established professional network with business owners and decision-makers.;Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, sales management, and accounting.;Proven track record in new customer acquisition and meeting targets.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence across retail, trading, and distribution industries.
• Identify and acquire new customers, particularly retail chains, wholesalers, distributors, and multi-branch businesses.
• Leverage existing industry networks to establish relationships with business owners, senior management, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
• Build long-term relationships with strategic accounts, industry partners, and referral channels to generate opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and achieve targets.
• Conduct IDCP ERP system demonstrations and presentations independently, showcasing key functionalities.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants to ensure smooth project delivery and customer onboarding.
