Job summary

Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company is seeking an ERP Master Data Controller to oversee the accuracy, integrity, and governance of ERP master data across the group. This role ensures financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness in line with approved policies.

You will manage data in areas such as CoA, customers, vendors, item masters, assets, and intercompany data, coordinating changes with proper approvals and audit trails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial master data and internal controls.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, data migration, or post-go-live stabilization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern ERP master data accuracy, integrity, and governance across the group.
• Coordinate master data changes with approvals and audit trails.
• Support month-end, year-end, and cut-off periods with data readiness.
• Act as central point between business, Finance, and IT for ERP master data.
• Ensure alignment of operational data with financial reporting needs.
• Support audits with evidence of controls and data integrity.
