Job summary

Infor seeks an Business Analyst, Associate for M3 BE Procurement in Manila to bridge purchasing processes with the M3 ERP. You will translate requirements into designs, collaborate across business and technical teams, and contribute to AI-enabled solutions using M3 data.

The role requires analytical thinking, 1+ year BA experience, ERP knowledge, and solid English communication. Department: Development. Location: Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of Business Analyst experience or relevant experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, or business systems support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Exposure to or experience with ERP systems and understanding of core business processes.
• Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Ability to create process flows, user stories, use cases, or business requirement documents.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders for business requirements and translates them into functional requirements for M3 Procurement.
• Designs M3-aligned solutions considering system behavior, configuration impacts, and product constraints; works with engineers during implementation.
• Defines and executes test strategies including functional, integration, regression, smoke, and performance testing.
• Investigates and resolves product issues by analyzing system behavior and proposing solutions.
• Contributes to designing AI-enabled solutions using M3 data and AI productivity initiatives.
