Business Analyst

Bridge the gap between business needs and ERP technology solutions. This position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business processes and system requirements to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of an ERP system.

Location: Manila

Typical Day & Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements for M3 BE Supply Chain Planning.
• Designs M3-aligned solutions that consider system behavior, configuration impacts, and product constraints, and works closely with software engineers during implementation.
• Defines and executes test strategies, including functional, integration, regression, smoke, and performance testing.
• Investigates and resolves product issues by analyzing system behavior and proposing effective solutions.
• Contributes to designing AI-enabled solutions using M3 data and in AI productivity initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with technical skills in databases, Java or other related programming languages.
• ERP experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply Chain Planning process experience.
• Knowledge of AI tooling and hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g., Co‑Pilot, Kiro, Claude, similar).
