Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of Business Analyst experience or relevant experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, or business systems support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Exposure to or experience with ERP systems and understanding of core business processes.
• Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Ability to create process flows, user stories, use cases, or business requirement documents.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities.

This role is responsible for translating requirements into well-defined designs and validated solutions aligned with logic and M3 BE product standards. Success in this role requires analytical thinking, clear communication across business and technical teams, knowledge and hands‑on experience with ERP and supply chain processes, and the ability to apply AI concepts in practical product scenarios.
