Overseas is seeking a Staff Accountant to own the setup and configuration of the accounting module within a proprietary ERP, bringing US accounting expertise to ensure the chart of accounts, inventory accounting, COGS, and financial reporting are solid from day one.

This role is not a general bookkeeping position; it requires deep understanding of inventory-based operations and translating that into ERP configuration.

Qualifications

• Must understand US GAAP and inventory accounting.
• Experience configuring ERP accounting modules.
• Strong attention to detail in financial configurations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional ERP teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP accounting module setup and configuration.
• Design chart of accounts reflecting product-based business.
• Configure order management, purchasing, inventory receipts, and sales workflows.
• Ensure audit-ready financial statements from go-live.
• Document workflows and reporting structures.
