Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage financial recording, ERP operations, and reporting. The role includes posting journal entries, handling ERP vouchers, and assisting with year-end audits.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field, a CPA license, and at least 3 years of general accounting experience, with strong MS Excel and ERP system proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or Financial Management.
CPA license mandatory.
At least 3 years of experience in general accounting, GL management, reconciliations and closing processes.
Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries, including monthly amortizations, accruals, provisions, and GL adjustments.
Post journal vouchers in ERP, run daily batch processes, and support trial balance finalization.
Use MS Excel for financial reporting, balance sheet schedules, and processing sales commissions or incentives per company schemes.
Assist with year-end audit requirements and maintain systematic filing of financial documents.
