Job summary

Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) seeks a Risk Management Specialist in Metro Manila to support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across CSUs, SBUs, and affiliates.

You will coordinate risk assessments, consolidate reports, and maintain the Enterprise Risk Register, working with the ERM Manager and assurance teams to strengthen governance and data-driven risk decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance, or strategy-related roles.
• Fundamentals of Risk Management certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the ERM framework, ensuring compliance with standards and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate and consolidate risk data from CSUs/SBUs to reflect consistent ERM adoption.
• Prepare, consolidate, and submit ERM reports for top risk reviews to CSU Heads and BRRMC.
• Maintain and update the Enterprise Risk Register and risk reporting tools for portfolio visibility.
• Support risk awareness programs and learning sessions to promote ERM understanding across the organization.
