Job summary

METRO PACIFIC TOLLWAYS CORPORATION is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Senior Specialist to support the implementation of the enterprise-wide risk management framework, policies, and procedures. The role involves analyzing risk assessments, coordinating with units on risk data, and developing ERM programs to strengthen governance and risk maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Math or closely related field; MSc/MBA, Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• 2-3 years of overall combined Enterprise Risk Management experience or related experience preferred
• Proven working experience in quality/continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment principles across various business processes and organizational functions
• Knowledgeable in risk management frameworks and standards, particularly ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and other relevant governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal to zero supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Tech-savvy and experience with risk management software is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring emerging risk management trends, standards and best practices aligned with ISO 31000:2018 to enhance ERM methodologies and risk mitigation capabilities
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen ERM frameworks, governance practices, and organizational risk maturity
• Consolidate, analyze, and monitor enterprise risk information to support timely and accurate risk reporting
• Coordinate with process owners to gather and validate risk data, and prepare consolidated risk reports, monitoring updates, and risk insights for management decision-making
• Maintain, update and administer ERM policies, frameworks, methodologies, tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to support effective risk governance
• Monitor compliance with ERM requirements and coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and other assurance functions to promote alignment, governance effectiveness, and continuous improvement
• Execute enterprise-wide risk assessment activities, including stakeholder engagement, information gathering, risk analysis, and maintenance of risk assessment documentation
• Facilitate risk assessment workshops and evaluate risks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, strategic priorities, and established risk management methodologies
• Facilitate ERM awareness programs, workshops, consultations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen risk awareness and understanding across the organization
• Engage and advise stakeholders on risk management methodologies and requirements, promoting risk ownership, accountability, and a strong risk culture

About the role
