Job summary

MacroAsia Corporation is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group ERM system. You will convert diverse risk information into prioritized insights for Management and Board oversight, ensuring consistent practices across the group.

You will lead the risk-management cycle, prepare dashboards and decision briefs, and facilitate workshops with leaders to strengthen controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Management Engineering, or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, financial or operational risk, internal controls, internal audit, compliance, business continuity, strategy, FP&A, or consulting.
• Demonstrated ability in risk assessment, risk registers, control evaluation, KRIs, scenario analysis, management reporting, and action monitoring.
• Working knowledge of COSO ERM and ISO 31000.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to organize, validate, analyze, and visualize risk data.
• Strong business writing, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to explain complex risk issues clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to visit operating sites and engage multiple units during critical periods.
• Experience in regulated industries is an advantage.
• Credentials such as CPA/CMA/CIA/CRMA/CERA/ARM/CBCP/ISO 31000 preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and periodic enhancement of the Group ERM framework, policies, methodologies, templates, taxonomy, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate the annual and periodic risk-management cycle, including risk identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring, escalation, and reporting.
• Prepare materials, analyses, dashboards, and decision briefs for governance forums.
• Facilitate risk workshops, interviews, and challenge sessions with business-unit leaders and subject-matter experts.
• Assess risks based on root cause, likelihood, impact, velocity, interdependencies, time horizon, and controls effectiveness.
• Own the administrative integrity and analytical quality of the consolidated Group risk register and related registers.
• Develop and refine key risk indicators, thresholds, trigger points, escalation rules, and data definitions.
• Produce concise monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc risk reports that explain implications for strategy and operations.
• Build and maintain risk dashboards, heat maps, trend views, and management action trackers.
• Coordinate with BCP leads and owners on business-impact analyses and recovery plans.
