Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Equipment Technician or similar maintenance role in manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Strong knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance procedures and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and servicing to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliable operation.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools to identify root causes of failures.
• Perform repairs and replacements following manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and repair records to track history and plan preventative maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and calibration.
