Job summary

Brother Industries (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Engineer to uphold and improve manufacturing equipment.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics and have at least 5 years of relevant experience; you will perform preventive maintenance, set-up, and troubleshooting, and supervise manpower. You will monitor machine conditions, inspect periodically, and report issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics or other related Engineering courses
• Must have a minimum of 5 years related work experience
• Knowledgeable in machine maintenance, set-up, & troubleshooting
• Knowledgeable in machine daily checking, preventive maintenance and improvement
• Knowledgeable in Machine Periodic Inspection and Machine repair
• Familiar with any type of Robot cylinder/Pneumatic cylinder and sensors
• Ability to create report related to equipment problem
• Have experience in Manpower Handling

Responsibilities

• Perform machine maintenance, set-up, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation
• Conduct daily checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Inspect machines periodically and execute repairs as needed
• Familiarize with robot and pneumatic cylinders and sensors for troubleshooting
• Prepare reports documenting equipment problems and resolutions
• Supervise and coordinate manpower during maintenance activities
