Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking an experienced technician for photolithography maintenance at its Palm Bay, Florida facility.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lithography/metrology tools, including Canon iW/i1/i4 steppers and related equipment, in a high-precision semiconductor environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, strong mechanical/electronic skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• AS/BS in electrical or mechanical or military training or 10+ years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and corrective maintenance of lithography/metrology tool sets.
• Maintain tool sets including Canon iW/i1/i4 steppers, Perkin Elmer 600 Aligners, SVG tracks, TEL ACT8 coater/developer tracks, Hitachi SEM, IVS metrology tools.
• Demonstrate strong problem solving and SPC knowledge in manufacturing environments.
