Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Subic, Zambales, Philippines is seeking a Professional Mechanical Engineer to oversee the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all mechanical systems across facilities.

You will review plans, ensure regulatory compliance, manage projects, and lead risk management and contractor oversight in a fast-paced industrial and mixed-use environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E.).
• Valid Professional Mechanical Engineer (PEE) License.
• PRC Registration in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience in critical facility operations and fast-paced environments.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, logistics, commercial, or mixed-use developments or integrated facilities management operations.

• Review, approve, sign, and seal mechanical plans, specifications, designs, calculations, and technical reports as authorized under Philippine law.
• Ensure compliance with Republic Act No. 8495 and related implementing rules and regulations.
