Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks an Estate Manager to lead a large-scale industrial and commercial estate in Subic, Philippines. You will serve as Account Lead, directing strategy, operations, financial performance, and client relationships to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a Licensed Engineer, an MBA, PMP certification, and 10–15 years in property and facilities management, including senior leadership and experience with multidisciplinary teams, PEZA developments, and capital budgeting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with PE/PME or electrical/mechanical discipline.
• MBA or master's degree in related field required.
• PMP certification required.
• 10–15 years in property and facilities management.
• Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with industrial estates, PEZA developments, logistics parks, or mixed-use developments.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across PM, FM, engineering, HSE, security and finance.
• Demonstrated ability managing large operational and capital budgets.
• Willing to be assigned in Subic, Zambales.
