Job summary

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, ECO/OSH certifications, 1–3 years of applicable experience, and strong English/Filipino communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, OSH, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Certification as Environmental Compliance Officer (ECO) or OSH Officer or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in environmental compliance, pollution control, or occupational safety.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental laws, incl. Environmental Management Act and OSH Standards.
• Experience with water quality monitoring and wastewater treatment technologies.
• Proficient with environmental monitoring equipment and data analysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Ability to investigate, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Strong training and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and compliant.
• Experience in water resources, beverage production, or natural resource management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor air, water, and land pollution; develop strategies to minimize environmental impact.
• Conduct environmental audits and site inspections for non-compliance.
• Manage pollution control systems and processes per regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce environmental and safety policies and protocols.
• Investigate incidents and document findings; propose corrective actions.
• Provide training on environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Maintain records of monitoring data and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies on permits and compliance matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
