The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of DOLE OSH standards, and can conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, Occupational Safety and Health, or any related field.
• Preferably with accredited Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training certifications in accordance with DOLE requirements.
• With at least one (1) to three (3) years related work experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, construction, or industrial operations.
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety standards, hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response, and environmental compliance.
• Familiar with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards, PEZA, DENR, BFP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Capable of conducting safety inspections, toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and compliance monitoring.
• Knowledgeable in preparation of safety reports, incident documentation, permits, and compliance records.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Physically fit and willing to conduct field inspections within warehouse, production, and operational areas.
• Preferably with COSH, BOSH, or Safety Officer Certification.
• Willing to work in Balintawak, Quezon City and/or assigned operational areas.
