Job summary

AECOM Environmental Data Management role in the Philippines involves developing and supporting environmental data systems, creating Power BI dashboards, and building automated data workflows across projects.

The candidate will extract, transform, and integrate data for reporting, design data models, and contribute to digital tool rollouts with cross-team collaboration. Night shift availability and 3 days onsite per week are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in environmental consulting or related project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with EQuIS for environmental data management, including report development and data workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and Paginated Reports (RDL).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow or process automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including macro development and automation scripting.
• Strong organisational skills, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with a consultative, service‑oriented approach to internal stakeholders.
• Must be open to working fixed night shift schedule and 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support environmental data systems including custom report creation and data quality workflows.
• Extract and transform environmental data for reporting purposes, ensuring fitness for use across project teams.
• Integrate EDM outputs into Power BI dashboards and paginated reports, delivering reliable data pipelines from source to visualisation.
• Troubleshoot EDM configuration, data imports, and reporting issues for internal project teams.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modelling, DAX formulas for calculated columns and measures, and reporting workflow configuration.
• Develop Paginated Reports (RDL) for structured, print-ready environmental reporting outputs.
• Design and maintain relational data models and database structures to support reporting and workflow integration requirements.
• Design and deploy workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate for process orchestration across project and reporting workflows.
• Develop advanced Excel automation including macros and scripting to reduce manual effort in data compilation and reporting tasks.
• Identify digitisation opportunities across project teams and implement scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Provide onboarding, configuration, training material development, and hypercare for digital tools.
• Write clear documentation and user manuals for tools and workflows.
