A leading e-commerce solutions provider is seeking a Data Admin to support business operations in the Philippines. The role involves customer service, reporting, finance support, and data management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and experience in product data management. Ability to start ASAP preferred. This is an on-site position in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product data management or business analytics.
• Experience with e-commerce CMS and website platforms is a plus.
• Preferred experience in BPO or shared services reporting to overseas teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Generate reports and present data-driven insights.
• Assist in finance support including invoicing and reconciliation.
• Maintain procurement data and supplier relationships.
