Job summary

AFRY in Manila is seeking a skilled data analyst to join our commercial excellence team and transform data into actionable insights.

You will work with an international team across Nordics and Philippines, analyze large datasets for reports and dashboards, and translate business needs into valuable outputs.

The role focuses on developing interactive Power BI dashboards, data modelling, and supporting data-driven decision making to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Strong data management and Power BI dashboard development experience.
• Proficient SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems in an international business environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and bridge understanding across technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product owners, data team, and project managers to ensure reliable data solutions.
• Manage sales-related projects or system enhancements, including timelines and documentation.
• Think strategically to improve system efficiency and user experience.
