Job summary

Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited is seeking an Environmental Officer to support compliance across construction sites in the Philippines. The role focuses on implementing the EMP, monitoring impacts, documenting regulatory compliance, and coordinating with project teams and authorities to ensure safe and compliant operations.

The candidate should hold a relevant engineering or science degree, have PCO training, and possibly DENR PCO accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering).
• Passed PCO training (40hrs, EMB Accredited).
• DENR Pollution Control Officer accreditation preferred/required as per regulations.
• Knowledge of DENR regulations and Philippine environmental laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DENR requirements and environmental regulations on construction sites.
• Implement and monitor the Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
• Monitor waste segregation, storage, handling and disposal on site.
• Supervise pollution control measures for air, water, noise, and land.
